You must be at least twenty-one years old to register for Indiana Speed Date events and use this web site. By using this web site and/or participating in Indiana Speed Date events, you represent and warrant that you have the right, capacity, and authority to agree and to abide by all of the terms and conditions listed herein. Participation in Indiana Speed Date events and use of this web site is void where prohibited.

Indiana Speed Date has not conducted background checks on any of the participants and is not responsible for anything that may happen between individuals at Indiana Speed Date events, or thereafter. By signing up for an event, participants agree to indemnify and hold Indiana Speed Date, its owners, and its employees harmless from any claim and/or liability.

Indiana Speed Date, and/or its agents or assignees disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Indiana Speed Date and/or its agents or assignees makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable; and the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service or 3rd party services will meet your expectations.

In no event shall Indiana Speed Date and/or its agents or assignees be liable for any special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, loss of revenue, damages for lost profits or loss of use, or otherwise related to or arising out of any Indiana Speed Date event, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, under statute, in equity, tort, at law or otherwise. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indiana Speed Date and/or its agents or assignees. By proceeding you agree that you fully understand and accept all the terms of this disclaimer and wish to use Indiana Speed Date at your own risk.

Cancellation Policies:

1.) Indiana Speed Date will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on this web site. However, Indiana Speed Date holds the right to cancel and/or change event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to, event venue cancellation or rescheduling, and insufficient number of participants for the event (less than 15 women or men). Indiana Speed Date holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. In the event that Indiana Speed Date must cancel the event, you will be refunded your money in full.

2.) Any participant who registers for an Indiana Speed Date event has the right to cancel at any time by sending an e-mail to info@indianaspeeddate.com with a written request to cancel. The participant will be refunded in full if he or she cancels 4 days or more from the date of the event. However, if the participant cancels 3 days or fewer to the date of the event, he or she will either not receive a refund, or their payment can be transfered to the next scheduled event for their age group. If the participant cannot attend the next scheduled event, they will forfeit their payment.
